About Us

The Garfield Ridge Chamber of Commerce (GRCC) formally changed its name to Midway Chamber of Commerce in 2022. The general membership voted on and agreed that the name needed to better reflect the current membership and needs of the small business community. The Chamber began in 1959 and has withstood the various changes to the Southwest side of Chicago, especially with the continued renovations and expansion of Midway airport. As various other chambers of commerce have ceased operations in the surrounding area, the Midway Chamber of Commerce was happy to open it’s borders and welcome the surrounding businesses to meld with the Midway Chamber!
